By freeze-tag do you mean Freon?

If yes:
1)Search google for '3spn TAM 3.14' and you will get the most up-to-date version of the mod.
2)Install it.
3)In your gametype tabs in UT2004 there will be a gametype called ArenaMaster as well as TeamArenaMaster and as well as Freon.

Freon = Freezetag
