As per request of a couple people they wanted to know how to install ballistic weapons, so here goes.....
First download V2 Ballistic weapons - Click Me
And next the 2.1 Patch - Click Me and
And Bonus Pack 4 - Click Me
Umod is also availible but not recommended for as Umod is unreliable, ZIP is better.
Next, you need to extract the files, starting with the V2 pack downloaded, Then V2.1 and bonus pack 4. Then you open up 'my computer' then 'program files then find Unreal Anthology then UT2004.
So now you have opened UT2004, copy and paste the files from the Ballistic weapons pack inside the folders, Starting with V2 and copy them into the corresponding folders (Animations into Animations, System into Sytem etc...).
Repeat this step next with the V2.1 pack, then Bonus pack 4 last, any files that are the same, click yes to all to overwrite (V2.1 is actually a patch).
So once all the files are copied and pasted in the correct folders, reboot your UT2004, then go into your settings and configure controls for your ballistics gameplay.
You should find the controls at the bottom of the controls list.
To get the most out of your ballistic weapon gameplay, you want to bind the following; 'Reload', 'Sprint', Dual weild', 'Use sights' and 'Switch fire mode'.
There also other controls there that are optional.
DO NOT set any controls on your number across your keyboard oherwise you'll screw up your weapon selection and changing positions in vehicles
Finally to use Bonus pack 4 weapons, go into 'instant action' then click Ballistic Death, then go into 'rules' page and on 'Ballistic Settings' click on EDIT then go into the 'swapping' tab and check the weapons that are unchecked.
All sidearms including MRT6 Shotgun swaps the assault rifle. Melee weapons swap the shield gun.
All shotguns except MRT6 swap the flak cannon.
RPG launcher, Peacemaker, HAMR and Flame-thrower replaces the rocket launcher.
Lightning gun, nova staff, dark star and skrith rifle replaces link gun.
All grenades and FP9 explosive and mines replaces Bio rifle.
M50 Assault rifle, E-23 Viper, battle rifle and SAR-12 replaces shock rifle.
M353, M925, XMV Minigun replaces minigun.
R78 Sniper rifle, Redwood 'Deermaster' 8000, Railgun, R9 Ranger Rifle replaces Sniper rifle and lightning gun.
And Also the same with 'Loadout' and with Conflict, you also need to go into its rules page and edit it to enable all weapons to be used on both teams.

A newly developed mutator for this has been developed.
Called 'Force-to-walk' mutator, this forces walk mode when using ironsights instead of having to do it yourself, allowing use of Ballistic weapons more comfortable.
